Resonating Light: Chapter 12

I'm back bitches! That only took me... 13 months.... Some notes on the reasons for this chapter's extremely long gestation period (besides the major case of writer's block I had for about six months) at the end. If... any of the people who used to read this are still around, apologies for the wait.
